Shipping Method
We currently offer Nationwide Express courier. We do not accept PO Box addresses at this time.
This is an example of delivery process from the moment customer completed the online order (ready stocks at Malaysia warehouse). Extra working days required if shipped from US warehouse.
| a. 1 working day to verify payment (bank transfer, creditcard, paypal and other payment methods made available from the website). |
| b. 3 to 5 working days for stock picking from warehouse, packaging and handling. |
| c. 2 to 3 working days for delivery companies to deliver. |
In most occasions, delivery within Kuala Lumpur requires 5 working days, within Peninsular Malaysia requires 7 working days and deliveries to Sabah and Sarawak requires 7 to 9 working days.
